Dustin did an excellent job replacing our faulty gas line. He is professional, personable and very nice to work with. He explained options and processes very clearly. Our install required some challenges to overcome due to decking, grading, and structures. He explained possible plans of action very clearly and did a super clean job completing the project timely. It's refreshing when people do what they say they're going to do. When Rooterman says they stand by their work, they mean it, and I've seen them do it. When my new drains needed a second look, Rooterman was on my doorstep within 24 hrs, found and fixed the problem, which was covered by the warranty. Rooterman, all day long!

The Rooterman technician arrived on time. He was able to quickly assess the issue. He fixed the collapsed drain pipes and then used a high pressure water hose to completely clean out years of debris. They actually work on what their website says they do unlike other plumbing contractors in Muncie. They came out fast. Got the plans for my septic. Took care of business. I really appreciate that in a company in a time when so many companies don't even return a call.
